| Amalgamated Executive Board Nomination! Election Notice Nominations will be taken at the next scheduled Amalgamated Rank-N-File Meeting that will be held Saturday, April 18, 2009, which starts at 9:00 a.m. for the following ten Amalgamated Executive Board Positions: President 1st Vice-President 2nd Vice-President Recording Secretary Financial Secretary Trustees (3) Sergeant @ Arms Guide These positions are expired terms, which run through May 2012. | Any member who has been in continuous good standing for at least one (1) year preceding these nominations is eligible to run for any position. Members nominated, but who have not accepted, will have until Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. to accept the nomination in writing or reject to the UAW Office or the Amalgamated Election Committee. The Election will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at the UAW Hall with the polls open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Run-Off Election, if necessary, will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at the UAW Hall with the polls being open the same as above. | |
